We are a boutique online firm helping couples across British Columbia peacefully resolve the details of their separation.
We will help you navigate your separation as peacefully as possible in your circumstances.
We offer the following family law legal services to help you achieve closure on your separation:
Legal Coaching to help you represent yourself in negotiation or mediation (if you have hired a different mediator).
Full Representation through the Collaborative Law process.
Whereas full legal representation is when you hire a lawyer to take on responsibility for managing all aspects of your legal matter, with legal coaching you are self-represented and you simply get legal advice when needed.
You may have heard of it also referred to as a limited scope retainer or unbundled legal services.
We know that legal proceedings can feel intimidating. We’ll help you represent yourself with confidence.
How does it work?
Step 1: Book a Legal Advice Initial Consultation.
Upon completion of the Legal Advice Initial Consultation, our menu of services will be available to you pending our schedule and our assessment as to whether you are a good candidate for legal coaching.

Collaborative Law is quite similar in spirit to mediation in that it is a voluntary and cooperative method of dispute resolution. However, in collaborative law, each person is represented by their own lawyer.
The fundamental characteristic of the collaborative process is that you, your lawyer, your spouse, and their lawyer will begin by agreeing in writing not to take any issues to Court. You are committing to disclosing all relevant information and to participating in the process in good faith to try to reach a resolution.
The goal is to reach an efficient, comprehensive and mutually beneficial settlement agreement without the stress and expense of court proceedings.
It is a team approach, contrary to the traditional adversarial method of legal representation. You also have the option of hiring additional neutral professionals to assist with decision-making, such as a financial expert or child specialist.
As with all of our services, we attend all meetings remotely.
How does it work?
Step 1: Book a Legal Advice Initial Consultation.
Step 2: Retain us to represent you if both you and the lawyer feel that it is a good fit.
Are you ready to move ahead with some legal advice?
***Please note that once we have met with you for legal advice, we will be unable to provide any mediation services as a mediator is required to be neutral.***
